The firm's director, Ray Hudson, has 38 years experience as an Architect, with over 33 of those as director. BNMH offers expert architectural services within the educational, medical, commercial and multi-unit residential/retirement sectors, providing the highest calibre of work in these areas since the firm's inception.

Ray Hudson has direct design and project management responsibility for all projects undertaken by BNMH. Ray has 38 years experience - over 33 as Practice Principal - and has been responsible for the design and master planning of numerous educational, medical, commercial, multi-unit residential and retirement projects.

Weng has worked with BNMH for 27 years and has acted as the project architect for a wide range of educational, medical, commercial and retirement projects.

Justin has over 12 years experience with a variety of building types including large scale public, multi-unit residential, aged care and educational projects seeing them through from early design conception to construction stage.

Emma has over 4 years of experience in public, multi-unit residential, educational, commercial projects, and competitions. She won the Leon Van Schaik Award for her Master's thesis and briefly mentored at RMIT.
