Effectively a full University Campus involving three tertiary partners - UNSW, UoN & NCTAFE - this new campus designed by BNMH caters for degrees in Medicine, Medical Radiation Science, Medical Radiation Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Midwifery plus certificate courses for a variety of Medical, Health and Dental Roles.

The building is a welcoming and open structure with integrated covered and wireless enabled outdoor social area, as well as a Student Knowledge Common area which provides a centre for social meeting and self motivated research activities.

The new building contains a variety of advanced featured Lecture Theatre Spaces including an innovative discussion mode theatre, an Anatomage Simulation Unit, laser positioning laboratory, movement laboratory, wet and anatomy laboratories plus a specialised simulation suite.
