This project involved a complete internal refurbishment, including all new services and finishes, of both the original brutalist Library Building and the later western addition to create a new flexible and adaptive workplace environment for 630 Executive and Administration staff in a consolidated University Administrative Centre in a central Wally’s Walk location. The improved staff workplace conditions, with efficient inter- departmental links, direct access to all administrative departments for students, staff and visitors to the campus and the agile workspaces, social spaces and variety of flexible meeting environments we created have greatly enhanced the workplace experience for the University’s administrative staff.
